Rochdale in Bloom 2026 – City Route Judging
This year’s City Route judging commenced at Rochdale Golf Club, where judges Stephen Lowe and Ann Lythgoe were warmly welcomed by Rochdale in Bloom Chairman, Michael Scott, together with fellow In Bloom members and volunteers from Rochdale Golf Club.
Following the official welcome, the judges were given a guided tour of the club to showcase the significant improvements that have been made over the past year.
As this was Rochdale Golf Club’s first year participating in Britain in Bloom, we would like to extend our sincere thanks and congratulations to all of the volunteers who have dedicated so much of their time, effort and enthusiasm to enhancing the grounds. Their hard work has transformed a number of areas around the club, creating attractive floral displays, improving wildlife habitats and enhancing the overall environment for members, visitors and the local community.
The commitment shown by everyone involved demonstrates the true spirit of Britain in Bloom, and we are delighted to welcome Rochdale Golf Club as part of the Rochdale in Bloom family. We look forward to seeing the club continue to flourish in the years ahead.
