This year’s Rochdale in Bloom route showcases a wide variety of locations across the borough, highlighting not only horticultural displays and floral features, but also community projects, environmental initiatives, biodiversity improvements, and ongoing regeneration work.
The 2026 route includes Rochdale Golf Club, Taylor Park, Caldershaw Brook, Denehurst Park, Stoney Hill, Bamford Court, Castleton Railway Station, Castleton Village Centre, Zen Internet, Springhill Hospice, and Rochdale Town Centre.
Each location reflects the dedication and pride shown by volunteers, community groups, schools, businesses, environmental organisations, Rochdale Borough Council, and local residents who continue to work together to improve the borough year after year.
From community gardens and public parks to town centre improvements and environmental projects, the route demonstrates how partnership working and community involvement continue to create greener, cleaner, and more welcoming spaces for residents and visitors alike.
The route has been carefully planned to provide judges and visitors with an opportunity to experience the wide range of projects taking place throughout Rochdale while also showcasing the borough’s strong community spirit, environmental ambition, and commitment to long-term improvement.
