Whether it’s lending a helping hand, getting stuck into a task, supporting fellow volunteers or simply being there when something needs doing, Phil is always willing to play his part.
He’s one of those people who doesn’t need to be asked twice. Whatever the challenge, big or small, he approaches it with enthusiasm, determination and a genuine desire to make a difference.
From the everyday jobs that often go unnoticed to the bigger occasions that bring everyone together, it’s people like Phil who help keep Rochdale in Bloom moving forward.
And as anyone involved in community volunteering knows, there is always something that needs doing!
