What a year! What a team! And what an incredible collection of awards!
We’ve had Golds, Best in Category awards, individual achievements and enough reasons to celebrate to keep us smiling well into next year!
In fact, we’re beginning to wonder whether we should be growing flowers or building a bigger trophy cabinet!
2026 has been an extraordinary year for Rochdale in Bloom, and although we’re still waiting to receive the complete official results, we couldn’t resist sharing some of the fantastic achievements we already know about.

BEST IN CATEGORY – Town Centres and City Centres
Rochdale – officially the best in the country in its category!
And to make it even more special, Rochdale achieved this incredible result in the very year we hosted the RHS Britain in Bloom National Finals.
No pressure, then!

BEST IN CATEGORY
Apparently, one Gold and Best in Category wasn’t quite enough for Rochdale this year, so we decided to do it all over again!
An absolutely fantastic achievement and another reason to be immensely proud of our town.
Celebrating Our Individual Award Winners 🌟
A special congratulations goes to Philip Massey, who received the North West in Bloom Award for Outstanding Contribution.
Well done, Phil! A thoroughly deserved recognition for your involvement, enthusiasm and dedication to Rochdale in Bloom.
We also want to congratulate the many community groups, businesses, organisations and individuals who have received recognition through the In Bloom awards this year.
There’s plenty more to celebrate, and we’ll be adding their achievements as soon as the complete results are available.
And There’s More to Come!
The full official results haven’t reached us yet, so this page is still a work in progress.
Once we’ve received all the details, we’ll update this page with the full list of awards, achievements and the wonderful groups and organisations who have helped make 2026 such a successful year.
We’re just hoping the list fits on the page!
Thank You, Everyone! ❤️
Of course, behind every award are the people who have worked hard throughout the year — our volunteers, community groups, businesses, sponsors and supporters.
The awards are a wonderful bonus, but the real achievement is seeing so many people working together to make Rochdale greener, brighter and more welcoming.
Congratulations to everyone involved in Rochdale in Bloom 2026. You’ve helped make this a year we’ll never forget!
And if anyone happens to know where we can find a reasonably priced trophy cabinet, please get in touch. At this rate, we might need two! 🏆🌺
This page will be updated as further official results are received.
