A big thank you to all the volunteers that attended The Friends of Taylor Park monthly get together. It was a lovely morning for working in the park.

Plants were moved that had overgrown the planters and given a new home in the borders. The planters are looking fresh with new compost and some gorgeous new shrubs and red poppies to celebrate the 80th Anniversary.

The daffodils along the main path are looking amazing and alpines have been added to keep the colour going through the summer. The park is really starting to bloom. As always,  pruning ad weeding is carried on with too. The morning is finished off with some well earned tea, coffee, scones and hot cross buns.

Next tidy up is the 11th May ( not on the first Sunday)
