After conversations as to why Castleton had no war memorial, Rochdale in Bloom volunteers felt that we needed to correct this by providing Castleton with its own memorial. Assisted by Marshalls, and a number of local businesses who offered their time freely, Castleton now has a memorial to reflect on the proud service of its residents.
